Sexual Assault Awareness Month Poster Contest

Join SDVSAS in raising awareness by taking part in our 4th annual poster contest!

Sexual Assault Awareness Month, or SAAM, is all about raising awareness around sexual violence so that further violence can be prevented. Join SDVSAS in raising awareness by taking part in our annual poster contest!

Here’s your task: Create a family-friendly poster themed around sexual violence prevention to win a prize!

1st Place: $50
2nd Place: $40
3rd Place: $30

Rules:

• Artists must be between the ages of 5 and 18.
• Entries must be family-friendly and follow the listed theme to be accepted.
• Poster themes can cover any topic around sexual violence prevention. (For example: Consent, boundaries, respect in digital spaces, supporting survivors, etc.)
• Poster entries will be posted on the SDVSAS Facebook page. The three posters with the most “likes” will win the contest.
• Voting will begin at 5pm on April 15th and close at 12pm on April 22nd. – Winners will be contacted via email on April 26th.
• Entries must be submitted by 4/13/2021 to be accepted (submit via email to Julia Rowland at: juliar@skagitdvsas.org)
