Bayview Women’s Run & Walk Breaks Records

This year saw record attendance, with 381 participants hitting the pavement to benefit Skagit DVSAS and Women’s Health Issues in the county. We at SDVSAS are blessed with such generous and wonderful partners. We can’t say enough how much we appreciate the Soroptimist International of Burlington for their continued support.

During this event, we were pleased to award the first ever “Cape Award” to Christie Peterson, BVWR chair and champion of our agency. The club will be further recognized in November at the agency’s Superheroes, Unite! Auction & Gala, along with other “Heroes” in our community who go above and beyond to make a positive impact.
